The Northstowe Youth Hive is about more than just a youth club: we are here to empower young people of all genders, backgrounds, faiths, and sexualities to have fun, develop, and make a difference. We are a locally constituted charity, with volunteer trustees working in close partnership with the professional expertise of Romsey Mill through Emma Whitbread – Northstowe’s Youth Development Worker.
There is much to celebrate about both the strategic planning and delivery of youthwork at this early stage in the life of Northstowe. This is already having a measurable impact. But, in order to sustain current provision, and to grow with the town, further investment and deepening partnerships are needed. Read more about our backstory, and our current priorities…

Next General Meeting: (updated!)
NEW DATE: Our inaugural General Members Meeting will now be held on Wednesday 16th July – weather permitting, this will be in the form of a BBQ at The Cabin alongside the Wednesday Youth Drop In (4-5.30pm). We plan to work with the young people to host the event, giving them the opportunity to share a particular issue with the wider members.
We plan to hold a similar AGM every year
Additional meetings may be held with appropriate notice as the need arises, but will be kept to a minimum.

The Youth Hive are looking for a volunteer to help establish local fundraising (including gift-aid), support grant applications, and fulfil treasurer responsible for our small local charity. This light-weight role can be entirely behind-the-scenes and fit flexibly around your main work-life commitments
