During the October half term, Northstowe Hub Café buzzed with excitement as families came together for a lantern-making workshop in partnership with Northstowe Arts. Participants transformed empty cereal boxes into beautiful lanterns.

Over 20 families joined us for this free activity, guided by the team from Northstowe Arts who helped them cut, decorate, and assemble their lanterns. The atmosphere was filled with creativity and joy as children and parents alike brought their unique visions to life.

Participants are invited to bring their finished lanterns and join the parade at Light Up Northstowe on Saturday 23^rd December, adding a warm glow to the holiday festivities.  Find out more about the Light Up Northstowe event over on Northstowe Arts site here
